The purpose of Torah Resources International is to glorify the God of the Scriptures, especially in the following ways:
- By keeping the Biblical example found in Ezra 7:10, TRI endeavours "to study, to practice, and to teach the Torah of the Lord."
- By promoting the awareness of the Torah, Hebraic backgrounds, and the new life in Messiah to believers in Yeshua throughout the world.
- By providing human and material resources that aid Bible students and teachers.

- By seeking to encourage believers in their knowledge of, connection to, and appreciation of the Land, the People, and the Scriptures of Israel.
- By informing and educating believers of God's purpose and continuing covenant with the Jewish people in an effort to combat anti-Semitism.
- By being a spiritual comfort and support to the Jewish people especially in their role as the chosen people of God.
